I have been playing Play By Email games since the year 2000, but I have been Star Trek simming since 1998. I was looking for a game that I could play in a group, still having that role play element. When I was at University, I played Play by IRC games of Star Trek for a while, through the official website. Unfortunately Paramount canned that and I lost contact with what was going on. I started looking for something similar and came across the USS Horizon. An Intrepid Class starship. I jumped on as the FCO using what ended up being a career character, Daniel Wizamc and the love went from there. So now with my 5 years of experience I have gone through a number of characters. Let me tell you more.

While Daniel Wizamc turned out to be my main character I also had a few more along the way that I loved. They include

Spartok : A Vulcan. Started him on the Omicron Fleet base. He became more in depth when I transfered him to Azeri Fleet, and he became the OPS Officer of the USS Triton. Unfortunately I had to kill him off, due to me taking Command of another ship and finding that I was unable to dedicate my time to him. He was a great character and rather popular with the other players. He Also had a stint on a private ship that got caught in a space/time hole if you will. Had some fun there.

J'Lind : Another Vulcan (ohhh a trend). I had her on the USS Pegasus, in Thethys Fleet. I keep her close by with Daniel at all times as she's good for a distraction.

Joanna Gordon : I initially named her after Lyndal (my wife), but I like the name Joanna, so it stuck. She's a bit ditsy and a real blond. Another OPS officer. The last I heard she was on the Triton, but I think she may have been removed when I left that ship. I may eventally transfer her to the Hume (my ship), with her sister Lyndal. :-)

Benalli Poe : Trill - Benalli was the last character that I created. I never got to really develop her as much as I would have liked. If time ever allows again, I will be reviving her and looking at her in more depth on day.

Now you may be wondering what got me into PBEM....well apart from the boredom I was experienceing, it was some of the websites that I visited. They were great. But there has always been one class of StarShip I have always loved, every since I saw it in the closing staged of Generations, and that is the Nebula Class Starship. Then my others go to the Akira Class, Nova Class and the Ambassador Class. Pictures of these marvelous ships will be forthcoming when I get a chance to do them. As some of you may know, the 4 ships mentioned above are actually in the banner of this page.
This was done with a little bit of 3D graphics and I have some people to thank for that. I will be doing that on my 3D Images Page. It'll mainly be Star Trek, but check it out non of the less.
